About Ball valve:

A ball valve  is a form of quarter-turn valve which uses a hollow, perforated and pivoting
ball to control flow through it. It is open when the ball's hole is in line with the flow and closed when it
is pivoted90-degrees by the valve handle. The handle lies flat in alignment with the flow when open,
and is perpendicular to it when closed, making for easy visual confirmation of the valve's status.

In the case that a ball valve is used for cryogenics or product that may expand inside of the ball, there
is a vent drilled into the upstream side of the valve. This is referred to as a vented ball. Safety is the
number one concern when engineers specify a vented ball.

Marks: A ball valve should not be confused with a "ball-check valve", a type of check valve that uses
a solid ball to prevent undesired backflow.

Glue Making Machine

Glue Making Machine is made of high-density polyethylene PE, which is non-toxic, odorless and guaranteed in quality.

1. Frame

The outer frame is welded and formed by hot-dip galvanized steel pipe (all steels of Ansteel 51D+Z and 53D+Z models), and the bottom tray is fixed by anti-skid screws (grade 8.8), which is strong, durable and corrosion-resistant. The 2mm thick bottom middle beam provides strong support to ensure the safety of the tonnage during transportation. Reasonable structure, can be loaded and unloaded by forklift.

2. Valve

The container is equipped with a plastic valve. The valve material is acid and alkali resistant, suitable for the discharge of various liquids.

3. Stirring port

The stirring port of the container is equipped with a lid, which can be covered when not stirring for easy storage. The stirring port is 150mm.

4. Feeding port

The lid equipped with the feeding port of the container can be covered to prevent the liquid from overflowing when the feeding port is not feeding, and the feeding port is 350mm.

5. Liner

Large-capacity packaging, using water (density of 1) as the medium, each can be filled with a weight of one ton (take 1000 liters as an example);

The volume scale is cast on the inner tank, and the user can clearly see the full height of the liquid in the container by using the transparent characteristics of the container.
