863 plan "hyperspectral infrared consistency transfer calibration technology" over acceptance

[ Instrument Network Instrument Development ] On July 23, 2019, the High-tech Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Remote Sensing Center organized a “Twelfth Five-Year” National 863 Program “Hyperspectral Infrared Consistency Transfer Calibration Technology” project acceptance meeting in Shanghai. More than 40 people from the project acceptance experts and project undertakers participated in the meeting.
The project is aimed at improving the high-level infrared remote sensing load quality comprehensive detection and quantitative application level. After four years of technical research, it has overcome the cutting-edge technical problems of high-spectrum infrared load high-precision and traceable in-orbit spectral radiometric calibration technology. A self-calibration feature imaging spectrometer and airborne imaging spectrometer covering visible light near-infrared, short-wave infrared and long-wave infrared spectral sections were developed. A high-spectrum infrared imaging ground test reference synchronization acquisition technology system based on aerial work platform was constructed. Formed autonomous hyperspectral infrared consistency transfer calibration technology system in China.
Hyperspectral infrared imaging technology and quantitative information acquisition are one of the frontier hot spots in the development of international earth observation. Through the high-spectrum infrared consistency transmission technology system established by the project, laboratory standards, site calibration and on-board calibration have been realized. The organic connection has been successfully applied to on-orbit calibration or demonstration verification of many domestic and foreign satellites such as high score, high landscape and terrestrial resource satellite. The system is of great significance for improving the capability of remote sensing comprehensive calibration technology and improving the high-quality infrared quantitative remote sensing technology and application level in China, and provides important support and guarantee for the quantitative application of hyperspectral infrared remote sensing imaging technology in China.
