Participating experts believe that the nuclear group ACP1000 is currently able to independently export the three generations of models.
The participating experts listened carefully to the report and thought it fully analyzed the independent intellectual property rights and export-related issues of the ACP1000 and discussed the objective and concluded that the ACP1000, as the third generation nuclear power model independently developed by CNNC, has independent intellectual property rights covering design , Fuel, equipment, construction, operation, maintenance and other fields and has developed proprietary software for nuclear power to form a complete intellectual property system; ACP1000 does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others and violates the technology import agreement in China and export target countries The export of the ACP1000 model "NPT" parties will not be subject to international treaties.
