Design features: 
Misting nozzle consists of brass nozzle body with internal stainless steel core and stainless steel deflector vane with a anti-drop device inside. Under the hydraulic pressure of 70 kg to 120 kg, the high velocity liquid flows form a centrifugal swirl and thus generate fine misting drops with a hollow cone spray pattern.  
The orifice on this type of nozzle with diameters between 0.1mm-0.5mm is drilled by US-imported punching machine. Compared with air moisturizing, it cuts cost by ten times.
