Chapter 1 Overview

YLG-2058 Chinese Online Chlorine Analyzer is a brand-new residual chlorine analyzer of our company. This watch is a high-intelligence online continuous monitor. It consists of a sensor and a secondary watch. Can measure residual chlorine, pH, temperature at the same time. Can be widely used in power, water plants, hospitals and other industries in a variety of water quality and continuous monitoring of residual chlorine and pH.

Measuring principle and electricity

3.1 Measuring principle:

Electrolyte and osmotic membrane separate the electrolytic cell from the water sample. The osmotic membrane can selectively allow ClO- penetration; there is a fixed potential difference between the two electricity, and the generated current intensity can be converted into residual chlorine concentration;

On the overcast: ClO- + 2H+ + 2e- → Cl-+ H2O

On Yang: Cl- + Ag → AgCl + e -

Since there is a fixed conversion relationship between HOCl, ClO- and residual chlorine at constant temperature and pH, residual chlorine can be measured in this way.

3.2 residual chlorine:

2058-1 On-line residual chlorine, adopting the principle of permeable membrane, selectively allowing ClO-penetration and measuring the concentration of HOCL. Before use, it needs to be connected to the meter for activation for half an hour to stabilize. 2058-1 On-line residual chlorine, direct measurement of HOCL concentration.

Electric life of 2 to 3 years, the electric film head can be replaced, electric film head model: 2058-3. Change the membrane head every six months. The electrolyte is a special solution and added every three months. Electrolyte Model: 2058-4. Every time you change membranes or add electrolyte, you need to recalibrate the electricity.

The temperature electricity is already installed in the residual chlorine electricity, so there is no separate temperature electricity.

3.3 pH electricity

2058-2 On-line pH, using two complex pH electrodes to measure the pH of the sample. The residual chlorine concentration was calculated from the pH, temperature, and HOCL concentration.
