For the disputed three-package problem, consumers can choose experts to provide technical advice. The list of relevant experts is currently being selected for membership.
During the quality month from September 1st to September 30th, the quality supervision department of Shijiazhuang City will publicize the relevant laws, regulations and rules such as the Quality Law and the Three Guarantees Regulations of the Automobile through various forms, accept consumer complaints, and organize relevant personnel to participate. The training of policies such as the “Regulations on the Repair, Replacement and Return of Household Car Products†organized by the whole province laid the foundation for the smooth implementation of the regulations for the automobile three guarantees.
It is understood that when dealing with the three-pack dispute, the quality supervision department will select experts from the expert database to analyze and judge the quality of the car. Consumers can also choose experts to conduct technical consultations as an important reference for the handling of the three-pack responsibility dispute.
