China Drying Network Henan Deli Chemical Co., Ltd. completed the denitration of titanium dioxide project, recently won the first prize of Henan Province industrial and information technology achievements. The product of this project will help promote the technological progress of the domestic titanium dioxide industry.
The project uses the intermediate products in production to strictly control the treatment process and calcining conditions to obtain nano-titanium dioxide, and then add the precursor of tungsten trioxide or vanadium pentoxide during hydrolysis of metatitanic acid slurry or titanium liquid, and impregnate and press it. After the filtration, drying and calcination, doping of tungsten or vanadium is achieved, so that nano titanium dioxide for SCR denitration catalyst is prepared.
