WABCO Holdings has announced that it has appointed Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah as its new CFO, effective June 3, 2014.

Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah has more than 20 years of senior financial leadership experience. He has worked for several multinational corporations including VISA, United Technologies Corporation, Pratt & Whitney, and worked in Asia and Europe. And North America.
Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah recently worked at the Silicon Systems Group as a CFO, which is part of Applied Materials and has a business scale of $6 billion.
Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah received a master's degree in business administration from Purdue University. He also holds a master's degree in engineering science from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan.
