  1. All machines will be given service for the whole using life;
  2. Machine warranty is 1 year except the easy broken parts. All the casting parts with tie bars will have 2 years' warranty;
  3. Screw warranty: one year for 100% new material, 6 months for recycle material;
  4. Technician support for the whole using lifetime of the machine.
 
  1. MACHINE SETUP AND CUSTOMER'S ENGINEER TRAINING
If the customer needs our sending the technician to customer's company for training the engineers within 10 days, the salary, tickets for going and coming back to China, food, room cost need to be paid by buyer's company.
If the customer sends engineer to our company for studying, we will provide free room/food/transportation in China.
 
  1. DELIVERY TIME
The 288Ton Servo Injection Molding Machine has one set of stock ready.
  1. PAYMENT TERM
30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment.


For the one we have stock, we can deliver it immediately by the payment of 100%. If need 2 sets, the second machine need 1 month for production.
