The sealing surface cannot self-compensate under the effect of pressure, resulting in leakage of the slurry or suction, resulting in pumping weakness, blockage, and the like.

Water washing requires that the cutting ring and the eye plate (disc valve pump is the plate valve and the tie rod and the upper and lower wear-resistant pieces) have a small gap, need a lot of water, strict sealing, so that the water after washing the ball is not Before infiltration. At the end of washing, pay attention to the water in the pipeline, do not flow to the concrete casting site, so as not to affect the quality of the concrete. 2.Air-washing, that is, purging with compressed air, which plugs the water-soaked cleaning ball into the air inlet and wash joint, and then connects with the first straight pipe connected to the reduced diameter, and connects the end of the pipeline with safety. When air-contaminated concrete truck pumps are used, the pressure of the compressed air must not exceed 0.8 MPa; the air valve must be opened slowly, and the atmospheric valve can only be opened when the concrete can smoothly flow out; after the air washing is completed, the air valve should be closed immediately.
