2. The random files of the equipment must be archived and must not be used by anyone. However, according to the usage and needs of the data, two copies of the random copy can be used for daily borrowing. If lost, the borrower is responsible for compensation.
3. Equipment installation technical information should also be archived. When the equipment is installed, the installation unit fills in the records. After the equipment is installed and commissioned, it should be archived in time. The installation of the equipment that is not filed is not completed.
4. The signing of the equipment technical files shall be handled by the person in charge of the technical management. Each department shall periodically review the period of storage of the technical files of the equipment and the equipment inventory, and serve as the guiding documents for the equipment files.
5. For the borrowing of equipment technical files and documents, the loan approval form must be filled in, and the leadership of the technical department agrees. Equipment technical documents with a high degree of confidentiality must be read by the company's supervisor.
6. Equipment drawings and documents designed, manufactured or technologically modified by the company shall be filed by the technical department for identification. Documents related to major innovation achievements and scientific research results must be verified by the superior technical department before being listed as historical data of the company. The file is kept for a long time.
7. Technical data management, technical data and reference materials related to equipment of each unit must be uniformly subscribed by the technical department, approved by the company's leaders, and stored in the data room for borrowing. Loss and damage are doubled.
8. The drawings and documents issued by the technical department to all units shall be promptly returned to the technical department after use. If there is alteration, loss or damage, the penalty will be imposed. The standard is a fine of 1,000 yuan for each drawing and a fine of 500 for each piece of information. yuan.
9. All kinds of materials purchased by the company must be stamped with the seal of the data room, and can be borrowed after registration.
10. When the data borrower changes the work unit, he must return the borrowed drawings and materials, otherwise the formalities will not be processed.
