According to the statistics of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, from January to August 2010, the production and sales of main types of commercial vehicles continued to grow steadily, including:

The production and sales of passenger cars was 221,900 units and 227,500 units, an increase of 35.64% and 37.98% year-on-year; the production and sales of trucks were 1,851,100 units and 1,890,300 units, an increase of 25.25% and 29.09% year-on-year; the production and sales of semitrailer tractors were 247,900 units and 249,900 units year-on-year. It increased by 1.4 times and 1.3 times; the production and sales of passenger vehicles with non-integrated vehicles were 55,500 and 55,500, an increase of 8.75% and 7.64% year-on-year; and the production and sales of non-integrated trucks were 464,200 and 478,380, an increase of 43.66% and 49.80% respectively.
