Once, Jinchang was known as the “Golden Doll†on the top of the “black hatâ€. The associated sulfur dioxide in non-ferrous metal smelting became a major hazard to Jinchang. Jinchuan Group made great efforts to control sulphur dioxide, and produced a large amount of sulphuric acid through flue gas acidification, which was a crucial step in the circular economy. However, as the sulfuric acid market fluctuates, a large amount of sulfuric acid builds up, creating new sales challenges.
Digesting sulfuric acid in situ and supplementing the Jinchang industrial chain, Jinhua Group decided to proceed with the construction of an ammonium phosphate production project using sulfuric acid. As a non-resource-dominated enterprise, market crisis and pressure forced Jinhua Group to seek a new outlet. The company threw out the ammonium phosphate production line as a hydrangea to seek marriage, and a cross-provincial and cross-industry cross-industry “climbing and marriage†action quickly produced results. Representatives of the municipal government, Jinhua Group and Guizhou Hongfu Co., Ltd., which has Asia's largest phosphate mine, sat down at the negotiating table.
The strategic reorganization has enabled Jinhua Group's idle advanced equipment to come in handy, and the ammonium phosphate project has been solved without problems. The introduction of advanced technology and management has enabled the quality of the company's products to reach the international advanced level; through equipment transfer leasing, Jinhua Group can also obtain a leasing amount of 10 million yuan each year; Jinfu Company digests 80,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 480,000 tons of steam each year for Jinhua Group, achieving a win-win situation.
In the past, farmers near the Jinhua Group basically did not buy coal for heating, and they could solve the problem of heating only by picking up coal slag from Jinhua Group's slag, but by 2007, this situation has changed. Jinhua Group has invested in a boiling furnace that uses waste residue heating and no longer discharges slag. These slags, after being circulated and burned, turn into fly ash and become the main raw material for producing cement.
In 2010, Jinhua Group invested 810 million yuan, using the coke oven gas resources generated by the Taixi Coal Group's annual output of 3 million tons of slag solid coke project to produce synthetic ammonia. In mid-May of this year, this project was ignited and test. It is estimated that the annual sales revenue will be 520 million yuan, and the new profit will be 160 million yuan. After completion, the cost of fuel alone will be one, and the most conservative estimate will be one-third less than traditional fuels.
Currently, Jinhua Group is embarking on the construction of a liquid natural gas project with an annual output of 150,000 tons of nitric acid and an annual output of 50 million cubic meters of methane gas, utilizing the advantages of synthetic ammonia, and building an annual output of 150,000 tons of dilute nitric acid, 40,000 tons of concentrated nitric acid and 20 The 10,000-ton nitro compound fertilizer project will increase sales revenue by 1 billion yuan at the time, which is equivalent to rebuilding a Jinhua Group. However, these new projects have a qualitative difference from the traditional fertilizer industry. The market is more competitive and vital.
Jinhua Group's synthetic ammonia project was born with Xinhua's 3 million ton tamping coke project. Without the foundation of the Xinhua 3 million-ton ramming coke project, there would be no construction of the Jinhua 200,000-ton grade synthetic ammonia project. The construction of Jinhua’s 200,000-ton synthetic ammonia project will affect the downstream industries of Hexibao Chemical Park.
