According to Min Lei, sales manager of Samsung Precision Chemicals Shanghai Branch, “Hydroxyethyl cellulose faced global tight supply last year. The addition of Samsung Precision Chemicals will bring more stable products and services to customers. It is one of the important global paint markets. The company will also regard China as an important strategic market."
