When talking about the advantages of diesel engines, Lu Pengqiong said: "As automobiles bring convenience to our lives, they also accelerate energy shortages and environmental pressure. In this context, energy conservation and emission reduction have become an indispensable part of the automotive industry. Reversing the trend of development and finding a way to solve or alleviate such a tense situation in a timely manner has become an imperative, and the same-volume green diesel engine can save 30% of the current state-of-the-art in-cylinder direct-injection gasoline engine and reduce CO2 emissions by 25%. At the same time, the power output is higher than 50%. Before the new energy vehicle technology and equipment are still mature, an effective way to solve the problem of environmental pollution in China is the non-clean diesel engine technology."
According to the European-Italian technical personnel, the new generation of Euro-German engine is equipped with all three main diesel engine technologies, including High Pressure Common Rail (CRDI), Variable Section Turbocharged (VGT), and Intercooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR). Become the only company in the country that adopts these three technologies at the same time. It has taken the lead in domestically equipped with a new generation of Bosch's electronically controlled high pressure common rail fuel injection technology (CRDI). The Euro-Idead engine not only achieves precise control of injection pressure, actual injection and fuel injection, but also develops a higher level. The multiple injection technology advances the combustion process control to a new stage. The Euro-Italian engine is also equipped with world-leading technologies such as Variable Section Turbocharger (VGT) and Intercooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR), which for the first time increased China’s engine emissions to Euro V standards. The data shows that the maximum power of the Euro-Italian engine is 55 kilowatts, and the maximum torque is 155 nanometers, setting a new benchmark for clean diesel power in China.
It is reported that the current Euro-Yide engine has entered the stage of full-scale mass production, and China's first diesel sedan, the Huatai B11, to be launched in October is the product of Euro-Yide. Eurotime's outstanding advantages of clean diesel power with low emissions, low fuel consumption, and high torque also made Huatai B11 win the expectation of numerous “chasing fansâ€.
At the exhibition site, the Euro-Italian engine attracted a large number of spare parts and vehicle manufacturers to stop to visit. An audience from a domestic OEM reported to reporters: “We are also very optimistic about the domestic diesel vehicle market. Companies are currently selecting models nationwide. The Euro-Italy engine has good technical and qualitative qualities. After the meeting, we will also go to Ordos to conduct a field trip to Europe-Italy."
With many advantages, clean diesel technology has quickly become the ideal choice for the automotive industry to implement low-carbon. It is reported that in the home country of diesel engine, the market share of diesel vehicles has exceeded 50%. The relevant agencies predict that as China's energy-saving and emission-reducing pressures increase, the market share of China's diesel vehicles will soon exceed 30% in the coming years, with annual sales reaching 7.8 million vehicles.
At the exhibition site, the reporter also noted that in addition to Euro-Ideland, the Great Wall, Yunnei, Weichai and other engine companies have also launched their own latest diesel products, all show that the Chinese auto market is setting off a diesel wind. The progress made by Chinese companies in the clean diesel engine technology has also enabled China to quickly embark on the low carbon road in Europe, which has greatly improved China's environmental protection status.
